In this role you take the initiative to get in touch with potential clients. Whether on the phone or at the table, you know how to get the client's wishes clear by asking the right questions. On this basis, you give tailor-made advice on the opportunities YoungCapital has to offer. What makes this job extra fun is that you not only bring the client in, but also help with the recruitment for vacancies. This allows you to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates!
As an international Recruiter at YoungCapital in our Multilingual team, you and the team will be responsible for serving small to medium-sized clients. From banks to customer service centers and from well-known retail stores to new start-ups in the heart of Amsterdam. The nice thing is that you decide who you want to work with! Besides sales, you get real responsibility for your own portfolio of clients. In no time you will know the entire recruitment process like the back of your hand.

What we ask
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability

- You are fluent in English and a second European; Spanish, German or French.
