About the job
You are the catalyst for transforming raw data into actionable insights, fueling continuous improvement and agile decision-making within our HR department, supporting our business goals. Within Nutreco we use Workday to manage al HR processes. Together with Power BI, your responsibility lays in mining data, validate it and translate it into information the business can use to create or adjust policies, and eventually reach their goals.
Collecting requirements and developing customized reports, dashboards and graphs based on analysis presenting to management, in Workday and Power BI.
Performing further analysis to determine the story behind the data and translate this into meaningful visualizations for the management board.
Collaborating with various HR functions and Centers of Expertise to achieve business goals.
Oversee the data definition of HR data to allow for collaboration with HR stakeholders and departments beyond HR (Finance, HSE, IT, E&C, etc). Nutreco's goal is to display meaningful business insights combining data of multiple departments.
Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
But that's not all. With our ambitious development plans, you'll also play a vital role in enhancing our systems and processes. Besides processing the current data, you will work together with the team by running projects to improve data around the company. This means, transfer the development into workable projects and constantly communicating and aligning with all stakeholders. But your impact won't stop there. You'll also play a key role in shaping our predictive analytics strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation, and driving continuous improvement.
What we ask
To excel in this role, you're a seasoned expert in (HR) data analysis, adept at database fundamentals and statistical principles. You effortlessly craft insightful models and manage cross-module reports and security. With a talent for system improvement, you translate business needs into reports and dashboards, possessing strong project management skills and effective stakeholder communication, even at director/board levels. Next to that you have:
At least a bachelor's degree.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Strong skills in tools like Microsoft Office (SQL, Excel etc) and PowerAutomate.
