As a Refund Operator, you will be responsible for processing refunds and reimbursements. You will review and handle customer requests for refunds and resolve any issues and escalations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate financial records and documentation and collaborate with other departments to streamline the refund process.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a minimum of MBO level 4 or an equivalent level of education. You have experience in processing refunds and reimbursements and are familiar with evaluating customer requests in this regard. Accuracy is essential in this role, as are good communication skills. You enjoy working with others and are capable of solving problems and managing escalations.
