Who are you? As a full-time German-Speaking Customer Service Employee in Amsterdam, you will be the point of contact for intermediaries and end consumers.  You have excellent listening skills and therefore know how to identify opportunities for cross-selling, so that you can serve the customer even better. You will handle a variety of questions, ensuring that no two days are the same. Communication is one of your strengths, and you switch effortlessly between various customers and their questions. You have a healthy curiosity and therefore dare to ask the customer all questions.
