What will you do?
As orderpicker in Aalsmeer you handle the finest fresh vegetables and fruits daily. Along with a team of 14 colleagues, you ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities include gathering the right products, preparing orders, checking them, and getting them ready for shipment. Additionally, you label crates and pallets, apply cooling covers and lids, and report inventory discrepancies. You have direct contact with the purchasing, sales, and back-office teams, playing a crucial role in the logistics process.

Who are you?
You have an eye for detail and a passion for fresh products. You are flexible and available on busy days like Monday and Thursday. You're always looking for ways to improve processes and have an affinity for fruits and vegetables. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as a flexible mindset without a 9-to-5 attitude.
