Key Responsibilities
As an Internal Control Specialist at Odido, you will play a crucial role in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance Department. You will collaborate with teams across Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and the Internal Control team. You'll also interact with employees from various departments, including HR, Sales, Revenue Assurance, Functional Finance, and Corporate Control.
Your primary duties will include:
- Supporting Internal Control Framework: Maintain and update the existing internal control framework, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identifying Control Gaps: Recognize potential control gaps and work collaboratively with relevant departments to address them.
- Coaching and Training: Mentor internal process and control owners to enhance their understanding and execution of the ICS framework requirements.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee control updates and evidence delivery; follow up on audit recommendations and assist in reporting to Management and the ICS Board.
- Assisting in Maintenance and Training: Support the maintenance and training related to ICS tools.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A University degree in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT Risk, IT Control, or IT Audit
- Strong analytical skills focused on risk identification and control design & implementation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to present and explain complex topics to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Capacity to build bridges between stakeholders with different views and priorities
- A team player attitude with a customer-oriented approach
