About You
You enjoy working in a diverse, international environment. You're full of ideas to boost performance and improve processes. What You'll Do
As our marketing internally, you'll get a front-row seat to real-world campaigns and the chance to make a tangible impact.
- You'll manage and optimize email campaigns across 9 countries,
- Drive applications and revenue through advertising on Jobster,
- Dive into data using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- You'll support our full-time marketers in areas like Google Ads, automation, and SEO—and even collaborate with Sales and IT.
- Most importantly, you'll be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table and help turn them into action.
Whether you want to explore copywriting, campaign management, or marketing strategy, you'll get to learn it all. If you're looking for an internship that's more than just making coffee, this is it!

What we ask:
- You should be registered as an hbo/wo student
- Throughout your internship, you should still be enrolled at university
- Fluent in English? Fantastic! Both your verbal and written skills will come into play
- You are interested in international business and online marketing
- You'll need to be able to reach our office in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands
- Don't worry if you're new to online marketing; we'll start with the basics and guide you to success

You are preferably available for 5 - 12 months .
The internship is full-time and there is no room for large graduation assignments. Suppose you want to write a thesis in addition to the internship, keep in mind that you will have to do this largely in your own time.
