Our client is a leader in telecom, electronic entertainment and IT. They offer flexible and professional solutions for their customers in all customer service areas. You will be a part of a worldwide talented team of 130.000 customer service employees who represent some of world’s largest corporations. Teamwork and employee development is one of their priorities. Some of the clients they work with are Netflix, Dell and various fashion brands.

One of their other clients is a travel company, which is in search of native French or German speaking outbound travel consultants.

As an outbound travel consultant you will be responsible for outbound calls and will approach hotels to see where they would benefit from more availability. You will work and negotiate with the hotels in a professional manner while providing the highest level of service. Therefore, it is important to have a good knowledge of the travel industry. During the phone or e-mail conversation you must be able to collect the right information to offer service to hotels. This way, you will ensure hotel satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information about the benefits from more availability

We are in search of employees who are available for 40 hours a week from the 19th of June. You will start with a 2.5 week training to learn everything about the company. The working hours are from Monday till Friday starting from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm.

Wat wij vragen:

  • Intermediate vocational education (MBO);
  • You have previous experience with client contact;
  • You are interested in travel;
  • You have a sales mindset: passion to find the right solution for the hotels, while also closing the sale;
  • Fluency in English language and your native language;
  • You are very comfortable with communicating by phone and email.
