As a French-speaking help desk agent, you'll be the first point of contact for internal users and customers in the Benelux region, supporting them via phone, email, and chat. Using your exceptional communication skills, you will address questions, provide solutions, and escalate issues to the right departments when needed. You’ll also keep records accurate and up to date in internal systems like CRM or ticketing tools.
