What are you going to do:
Are you ready to take control and guide our growth into new markets?
As a Process Manager, you will be the driving force behind optimizing our operational processes. You’ll ensure that our order-to-cash processes run smoothly and that we have the right IT support in place. Your role is crucial in preparing our organization for expansion.
What will you do?
- Coordinate and execute operational improvement initiatives across various departments.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define solutions and track implementation progress.
- Document and standardize key operational processes.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration during product launches and market expansions.

What we ask:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (HBO-level)
- 3-6 years of experience in a relevant role
- Experience with billing and order-to-cash processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ERP and pricing systems
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
