Start as a full time warehouse team lead in Delft

What are you going to do:

We're looking for a full-time team lead to take charge of our bike workshop in Delft. This is a chance to use your leadership and organizational skills to mentor a team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to a company at the forefront of sustainable urban transport.

About the role

Your main responsibility will be managing the people and processes within the workshop. You will motivate and lead your team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and take responsibility for maintaining the highest quality standards. Your role will also involve inventory control, ensuring all resources are readily available. By leading daily briefings and managing communication, you'll make sure everyone is on the same page. 

Who are you?

You are an experienced professional with a track record of effective leadership. You're great at bringing out the best in people and have a talent for keeping operations running smoothly. You should have 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally in a workshop or operational setting. Given that we are an international company, fluency in English is a must. You are available for a full-time, 40-hour per week position and are eager to grow with us.
