This client is focused on driving the future of transportation by combining cutting-edge technology with a customer-centric approach. The brand’s vehicles are designed in Gothenburg, Sweden, positioning them within the European automotive innovation sector. Your role is essential: you will be the initial professional representative for this exclusive brand, managing crucial lead qualification and establishing the first positive customer contact. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a rapidly growing player in the electric vehicle market.
This assignment requires a results-oriented approach focused on converting interest into action. Your main duties include following up on all incoming leads and contact requests via phone, assessing the level of customer interest and intent to buy, and managing the scheduling of test drives. You will be the primary source for answering customer questions regarding vehicle specifications, availability, pricing, and the ordering process. Maintaining meticulous records in the CRM system is mandatory for tracking interactions and ensuring follow-up. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the wider sales team to maintain an optimal customer experience and actively contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and possess a good command of English. Previous experience in customer contact, telesales, or a commercial inside sales role is required. You should have an affinity for mobility, technology, or electric vehicles. A customer-oriented mindset, coupled with a strong sense of service and results, is highly valued. We are looking for an individual with a proactive attitude, resilience to stress, and a collaborative team spirit. Experience using CRM systems is considered a benefit.
