Work for the largest Dutch airline, KLM!
In this full-time role as a Danish-speaking customer service agent you answer questions to customers via the phone. Questions will be about lost baggage, flight rebookings, upgrading the class, changing the seat, insurance questions or cancelling flights. As the face of the largest Dutch airline, KLM, you support primarily Danish-speaking customers and make sure to provide a fast and positive customer interaction. All this in a hybrid model! You already bring along prior experience in customer service and working with CRM systems? Great! You don’t? Then that’s not a problem, as you’ll be prepared with a paid training period in the office in Amsterdam.

Ready to start your trip?
During your first 8 weeks of working, you'll complete the paid training in the office in Amsterdam and learn everything you need to know to have a successful start. After the training period starting April 13th 2026 you work in a hybrid working model. In this fulltime position you work one to two days from your home office and the rest from the office in Amsterdam. On your commute to work you are also supported with a full travel reimbursement.

What we ask
- Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent;
