Satisfy clients as a customer service employee in Eersel

As a customer service agent you will be answering all the incoming calls and emails from all the clients. You will execute an high level of customer service and you are not afraid to, if necessary, bring clients bad news. You will do this in an international team who are all trying to help clients as good as possible.

Wat ga je doen?

The company is a distributor of medical goods. They ship goods to their clients who, on their turn, sell it to other companies such as hospitals. Those clients make orders and you will be the person of contact to inform them of delayed goods or with fast forwarded goods. You will be the person that makes sure that the clients are satisfied and stay this way. You will do this in a team which contains a lot of different nationalities and together you make sure everything goes as planned.

Wat wij vragen:

  • MBO
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • You are not afraid to answer angry customers;
  • You are a real teamplayer;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of M3 or SAP (optional);
  • You are available 40 hours a week.
