Wat ga je doen?
The company is an international distributor of medical goods. They ship goods to their clients who, on their turn, sell it to other companies such as hospitals. To satisfy these worldwide clients, a high level of customer service is needed. Every day loads of clients call to ask for information about their products. Some clients are satisfied and some are not, but it is important that the level of customer service stays perfect! To achieve this customer service, a team leader is needed!
As a Customer Service team leader you are going to support the site manager with the execution of the work. You will make sure that your team will execute a perfect level of Customer Service and if this isn't the case, make sure they do! You will meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements, analyse your teams statistics or data and meet the customers in all different countries. As a team leader you will create, guard and communicate KPI's!

Wat wij vragen:
- You have a Bachelor or Master in Service and Logistics (or related disciplines);
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- You can take responsibility;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English;
- You are customer-, goal- and result driven;
- You have knowledge of MS office, Customer Relations Management Systems (CRM) and Enterprise Resources Systems (ERP) or Warehouse Distribution System.
