In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients from France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, answering their questions quickly and clearly via phone, email, and chat. You will provide smart, practical solutions, ensuring every client feels valued and supported while building your expertise in investment platforms and financial products. At the same time, you will deliver service that is professional, personal, and always compliant with internal policies and financial regulations.

- Minimum HBO-level education or equivalent
