You will be working for an international company in the care products sector. You will be working in its Eersel branch, which does not yet have its own HR department. Together with the management and recruitment teams, your challenge will be to set up an HR department!
You will ensure that the right people are put in the right place by conducting job interviews and drawing up contracts. To facilitate international employees coming to the Netherlands, you will book their travel and arrange visas and accommodation. When they take up their positions, you will ensure that they are well trained and discuss their performance with them. You are confident in your own abilities, have a positive mindset and know how to motivate people. For the most part, you will be working as the management's right hand.
Since the new department needs to be organised down to
the last detail, you will be involved in facility management as well as being
an HR advisor. As a facility management employee, you will ensure that people
get a healthy lunch each day and also that nice furniture is available, as well
as sufficient office supplies, so that they can get on with their work. You are
the person responsible for making sure everyone has what they need.
The position is for three days per week and you will work from 08.30 to 17.00.
