Wat worden jouw taken?

• Answering various customer questions via telephone in Italian.
• Advising clients on different investment products.

You are someone who enjoys working with people and has a strong affinity for the financial sector. You find it important to deliver quality and you are only satisfied when the customer is too. Showing empathy comes naturally to you and you always remain calm and professional, even when it is busy. Additionally, you are accurate in your work and enjoy working according to clear guidelines. Because you have a lot of contact with the Italian market, you have mastered this language at a C1 level.
