Members of Netflix need help from time to time and that's where you come in! You will be part of the customer service team in Amsterdam-Sloterdijk. You will provide outstanding support for the subscribers of Netflix around the world! The IT Coordinator's goal is excellence, simplicity and getting subscribers back to streaming.

What we ask:
- MBO 4 or equivalent
- 0-2 year experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English both written and spoken;
- Experience in hard- and software troubleshooting and device management;
- A good understanding of computer and home networking technology.
- Self driven and te ability to learn new technologies;
- Strong passion for the brand!
