What are you going to do:

As Customer Care Team Lead Germany you are responsible for building and managing the German Customer Care team. Together with the other German Team Lead you will maximize the performance of your team and make sure Netflix provides amazing interactions with their subscribers around the world! Netflix is currently growing and you are going to contribute to this growth! You help improve colleagues and, if necessary, expand the team by adopting new colleagues.

In this role you are able to give and receive feedback on a daily basis. You are also ready to have challenging conversations with people in your team while maintaining an overall positive atmosphere. Furthermore you love to facilitate presentations to a variety of audiences!

What we ask:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent;
  • Relevant supervisory work experience (customer care) for 3 to 4 years;
  • Fluently in German and English;
  • You are pro-active and contribute to improvements;
  • Open availability between the hours 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week;
  • Proven success with building, leading, and motivating a team.
