Your key responsibilities:

• Supporting clients in navigating and using the online trading platform;
• Answering questions about complex financial instruments such as options, futures, and turbos;
• Explaining various investment opportunities, including self-directed investing and asset management;
• Informing clients about economic developments and emerging market opportunities;
• Participating in internal training programs to further expand your expertise.
