You won't just be answering phones; you’ll be building trust, solving complex puzzles, and ensuring every investor feels supported and valued.
What does your day look like?
- Expert Support: Managing incoming calls and providing clear, professional information about various investment products.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Thinking along with your clients to find the best possible solutions for their specific needs.
- Quality & Satisfaction: Using your enthusiasm and growing financial knowledge to ensure every customer ends their call with a smile.
- Continuous Growth: Mastering our internal guidelines and product suite through dedicated training.
The Team
You will join the Client Services & Order Desk team, the beating heart of our bank. We support private and corporate investors across Europe, focusing on high-level service and absolute satisfaction. You will work alongside brokers and experienced service professionals in a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing is key.

Wat wij vragen
- Education: Minimum MBO 4 or Bachelor’s (HBO) level of thinking and working.
- Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Czech , combined with excellent English (C1 level).

- Passion: A genuine interest in finance, trading, and investment markets.
- Soft Skills: You are eager to learn, have a sharp eye for detail, and bring high energy to the team.
