In the role of Support Specialist in Amsterdam, you will step into the world of investments and capital markets. You will be part of an international team where professionalism, knowledge sharing, and delivering the best possible service are key. From day one, you will be immersed in a comprehensive onboarding program, guided by experienced colleagues to ensure you get off to a strong start.

As a Support Specialist, you are the main point of contact for clients with questions about the trading platform and its products. You assist them in navigating the systems, provide clear information about financial instruments, and explain how various products function. Additionally, you will discuss different investment styles, such as self-directed investing or managed wealth services. To further deepen your expertise, you will attend internal training sessions and work toward relevant certifications, including DSI Securities Trader and DSI Integrity.

We are looking for someone with a distinct interest in financial markets who follows market developments with focus and enthusiasm. You know how to convey complex information clearly, you are solution-oriented, and you gain energy from assisting clients. At the same time, you have the ambition to continuously develop yourself, both professionally and personally. You function well within a team but are also brave enough to make independent decisions and take ownership. In addition to excellent English, you are also fluent in Polish.
