Your role

As a Customer Advisor, you are the first point of contact for clients active in the trading market. You assist them with questions about the online trading platform, various investment products, and current market movements. You provide clear explanations and ensure that clients can execute their transactions with confidence. Simultaneously, you will continuously work on your own development by attending training sessions and obtaining recognized certifications that strengthen your expertise.

In this position, you support investors in making optimal use of the digital trading system and assist them with technical or substantive questions. You clarify a wide range of financial instruments and discuss economic trends that may influence their investment choices. Additionally, you will keep challenging yourself by participating in internal educational programs, ensuring continuous professional and personal growth within the field.
