What will you do?

• Answer customer questions about investment products by phone
• Think along with clients and provide suitable solutions

The investment bank focuses on the success of its clients, serving both private and business customers in the United Kingdom and Poland. Within the Client Services & Order Desk team, collaboration, learning, and development are key. You will work closely with brokers and fellow customer service colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Who are you?

You have a positive attitude, are highly motivated and always put the customer first. You think in terms of solutions, not problems, and no two days are the same for you. You are not afraid to ask questions and pick up new information quickly. What's more, you are fluent in Polish and English, so you can provide excellent service to customers from both countries.
