As a Rituals Ambassador, you are the digital heartbeat of the brand’s philosophy!

As a german customer advisor for Rituals in Amsterdam your day-to-day involves engaging in meaningful conversations via phone, email, and chat. Ranging from providing expert advice on product safety and wellness to creatively solving inquiries. By tailoring every response with personal attention, you ensure that every customer feels seen, heard, and valued.

You will join a vibrant, international hub in Amsterdam-West, where passion for service and team spirit take center stage!

You’ll be part of an organization that celebrates its successes with multiple team activities, annual parties, and seasonal events throughout the year.

Training and working hours:

Starting May 1st, 2026, you will kick off with a comprehensive 4-day on-site training in Amsterdam to fully immerse yourself in the brand’s world.  You are a flexible professional, ready to commit to 24-32 hours per week (including evenings and weekends). Be aware that this position is ONLY for a two-month period: May - June
