Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Join and start as German-speaking Customer Service Agent in Amsterdam. You will be part of a fast-growing Dutch savings bank that is part of one of Europe’s leading mobility and leasing groups. With a strong focus on digital banking, transparency, and customer experience, the organization serves savers across multiple European markets.

You are customer-focused

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, helping them with questions about their savings accounts and guiding them through various banking processes. Whether via phone or email, you’ll provide clear, professional, and friendly support while ensuring every customer feels valued and well-informed.

Beyond customer interactions, you’ll also handle a variety of administrative tasks, including processing customer information and maintaining accurate records. Attention to detail is essential, especially when working with confidential data and financial information.

What we ask

  • Minimum MBO level 4 (secondary vocational education) or equivalent;
  • Fluent in German and Dutch;
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented;
  • Accurate in administrative tasks;
  • Positive and proactive attitude;
  • Willing to participate in training.
