What are you going to do:

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to work for a brand that is revolutionizing watersports? In Amsterdam-North, we are looking for an operations support professional to take over the 'busy work' from the core team. You will join an energetic setting where no two days are the same. Working for an international leader in electric surfboards, you will ensure that the surge in customer inquiries and tickets is handled with precision and speed.

Your tasks:

  • Monitoring various aftersales communication channels;
  • Assessing and prioritizing the urgency of incoming tickets;
  • Escalating complex issues to the correct internal departments;
  • Coordinating the workflow between logistics and customer service;
  • Handling international phone calls in fluent English;
  • Ensuring no files or customer requests are left behind.

Who are you?

You are a smart student with a technical mindset who isn't afraid to dive into a mountain of work. You are a true doer who works hard and remains organized under pressure. Fluent English is a must for this role. Do you also speak Spanish or French? That is a massive plus. You work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and ensure everything is settled before the day ends.

What we offer

  • A gross hourly wage between € 19,- and € 25,-;

What we ask

  • Minimum hbo work and thinking level;
