What are you going to do:

Are you a tech-savvy professional who loves working in a team where passion for the sport is central? We are looking for a support specialist in Amsterdam for an innovative player in the watersport industry. The office vibe is informal, ambitious, and high-energy. Together with your colleagues, you ensure customers receive world-class service after their purchase. The team is currently facing high demands and needs your sharp coordination skills to keep everything running smoothly.

Your tasks

As our Aftersales & Operations Coordinator, you will manage and filter the daily influx of customer inquiries, identifying exactly which tickets require immediate operational attention. You will act as the vital coordinator between the office and the logistics hub, ensuring seamless communication across departments. In addition to assisting international customers professionally over the phone, you will monitor the overall progress of all open aftersales cases and support the team with high-level administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Who are you?

You are a smart student who switches gears quickly and gets a kick out of a hectic environment. Your English is top-notch, as you will be dealing with a global audience. You are a go-getter who doesn't mind staying late if the job isn't finished. You have a technical mindset, which helps you understand the product specifics of fliteboards. Proficiency in Spanish or French will give you a significant advantage.

What we ask
