As a temporary Slovakian customer service employee at Action’s headoffice in Zwaagdijk-Oost, you’ll step into an international environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be the hero who answers questions, solves problems, and leaves customers with a smile.

What will you do?

  • You answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
  • You help customers find the right solutions to their problems;
  • You maintain contact with suppliers and shipping partners;
  • You think in solutions, not in problems.

You will be working for a major player in the retail world: Action. They are known for their customer focus and international team spirit. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to develop yourself and work in an environment where your opinion matters and where you have room to grow.

Why you?

You are a positive person who gains energy from customer contact. You are solution-oriented and proactive. A good command of Slovak and English is a must. Do you speak an additional language such as Czech: That’s a plus! You’re not afraid to pick up the phone or respond to emails, and you enjoy providing customers with a great experience. You will work in an international team and have the opportunity to further develop your customer service skills. This role is a temporary replacement for maternity leave.
