Wat ga je doen?
As a part-time Slovak customer support agent at Action’s headquarters, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various questions and requests. You will communicate through phone, email, and chat, making sure every customer receives a clear and efficient solution.
You will work in a fast-paced, international environment where you interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You ensure that issues are followed up properly and that communication remains clear and professional. Your goal is to provide a smooth customer journey and contribute to a high level of service.
Your tasks:
- Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels;
- Providing accurate and helpful solutions;
- Collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners;
- Monitoring ongoing requests and ensuring follow-up;
- Updating systems with customer interactions;
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
