Wat ga je doen?

Want a job where you’re constantly in touch with people and solving different challenges every day? As a Slovak-speaking customer contact agent at Action’s headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost, you’ll be responsible for helping customers with their questions and requests.

You’ll communicate through phone, email, and chat, making sure customers receive clear answers and quick solutions. You’ll also stay in contact with suppliers and logistics partners to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

In this role, you’ll be part of an international team where collaboration and communication are key. You’ll develop your skills while contributing to a positive and efficient customer experience.


Your tasks:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
  • Providing solutions to customer questions and issues;
  • Coordinating with suppliers and shipping partners;
  • Following up on ongoing cases;
  • Registering customer interactions in systems;
  • Helping improve the overall customer journey.
