As our new Sales Support Officer, you'll dive into a world of order management and customer happiness. You'll be the go-to person for clients, building lasting relationships and making sure everything runs smoothly. Get ready to connect with a diverse group of people, both inside and outside the company, in a truly international setting.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage orders for your own portfolio of clients
- Check deliveries and ensure everything arrives as expected
- Handle customer questions and solve any issues that pop up
- Process returns and keep everything tidy with a clean desk procedure

You have a knack for building strong relationships and you’ve got some experience in order-to-cash customer service, ideally with your own client portfolio. Call center experience alone won't cut it – we're looking for someone who can really dig in and make a difference. Plus, if you can start soon, that’s a big bonus!
This is a full-time temporary role (6 months), based in Amersfoort. It's a fantastic opportunity to grow within an administrative role and make a real impact as a Sales Support Officer.

What we ask
- At least a secondary vocational degree (MBO)
- Experience in customer service or order management
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
