Do you want to give your CV a huge boost?

Start as a Customer Support Agent in the second city of Portugal. You begin with an intensive training program where we teach you everything about communication and problem-solving. This is the perfect chance to gain international work experience at a major player while enjoying Portuguese culture. You learn to work with modern systems and improve your language skills daily.

What will be your tasks?

  • Handling professional customer contact in Italian.
  • Analyzing and solving complex problems for the customer.
  • Using advanced CRM systems.
  • Applying your English language skills daily on the work floor.
  • Participating in workshops for your personal development.
  • Achieving targets in the area of customer satisfaction.

You are eager to learn and want to get the most out of yourself.

You speak fluent Italian and master the English language at a good level. You have completed an education at a high school level and you are at least eighteen years old. You are a go-getter who works accurately and you look forward to living and working in Porto for a longer period.

What we ask

  • You are fluent in Italian (spoken and written);
  • You have good English skills (B2 level);
  • You are available for at least twelve months;
  • At least a high school diploma;
  • You are at least eighteen years old and have an EU passport;
  • Availability for 40 hours per week in a rotating schedule.
