What are you going to do:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support the Global Head of Investment Center. This role is essential for optimizing the executive’s time and ensuring that operations run smoothly across multiple countries within the global WM&IP support team, contributing to professional and consistent support across borders.

The purpose of the role is to support diary management, travel plans, organizing meetings, on/off sites, changing program management, finance administration and communication between the team and stakeholders.


As a Personal Assistant, you provide daily support to the Global Head of Investment Center. You manage complex schedules, organize meetings and coordinate international business trips, including flights, accommodation and travel planning. You also handle administrative tasks such as onboarding and offboarding employees, transfers and expense management.

In addition, you draft internal and external communication and make sure communication between teams and stakeholders runs smoothly. You support international change projects from planning to execution and follow-up. You also organize corporate events and coordinate all related logistics with internal and external stakeholders.

Besides that, you maintain confidential files, documents and databases and coordinate office-related services such as IT support and personnel matters. Throughout everything you do, you build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners while representing the Global Head of Investment Center in a professional way.

What we offer

  • An hourly wage of € 18.30.
  • Including a 13th month salary and Individual Savings contribution, this amounts to € 20,46 per hour.

  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre (up to a maximum of €17 per day) or full public transport reimbursement.

What we ask

  • A minimum mbo level 4 qualification is required.
  • Fluently in English (written and spoken)
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Available for 32 hours a week
  • Available from May 18, 2026 until November 2026.
