You will manage the daily operations for multiple jewelry brands, ensuring that every order and repair runs perfectly. From shipping to workshop operations and the customer experience: you are the key to operational excellence. And the great thing is: you start with a team of 20 colleagues, but we are growing fast, so in two years, you might be managing up to 60 people!

Your role as Full-time Operations Manager for Europe: 

• Leading and developing: You lead a European operational team and help them grow in the areas of workshop operations, shipping, repairs, refunds, replacements, and inventory management.
• Logistics master: You are responsible for the entire shipping and order processing setup, ensuring that every customer order—both domestic and international—arrives on time and with top quality.
• Improving processes: You continuously look for ways to make our workshop and fulfillment departments even more efficient while safeguarding quality.
• Collaborating: You work closely with departments such as Customer Service, Production, Finance, Marketing, and the management team to keep everything running smoothly.
