From repair request to flawless finish

As a Service & Repair Specialist, you oversee the entire repair process from start to finish. You register incoming repairs, monitor their progress and ensure every request is handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the workshop, you assess product quality, coordinate repair solutions and perform quality checks before items are returned to customers.

You'll also manage stock transfers, arrange materials for urgent repair orders and act as the primary point of contact for customers and business partners with complex service requests. In addition, you'll contribute to process improvements, support the onboarding of new colleagues and help maintain efficient workflows where quality and service always come first.
