As a customer service agent, your mission is to delight every customer by answering questions and solving problems. You are the first point of contact for our international customers, ensuring they continue their day with a smile. Whether handling inquiries via phone or email, you provide outstanding support and act as the vital link between our customers and internal teams like Sales and Tech Support. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what makes this role so exciting and dynamic!
In this role, you are the hero of the day. You dive into customer queries, solve problems with flair, and use your talents to grow within a buzzing, international environment.
- Answer customer inquiries with confidence and care via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales and Tech Support to deliver quick solutions.
- Ensure every single customer interaction ends with a smile.
- Recognize subtle commercial opportunities to add extra value for the customer.
Start Date: July 8th (Includes a 5-week full-time paid training)
Wat wij bieden
- A salary of €15.28 per hour and a 6.2% pension build-up
- Working hours from Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts

Wat wij vragen
- An MBO-4 level of work and thought or equivalent
- Fluency in both English and Polish
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong drive to solve problems
- The ability to answer customer questions smoothly via phone and email
