Business Development Manager | French C1+

1 - 40 uur per week

Beschrijving

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing the French market, including France, French-speaking Canada, and overseas French territories. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and turning prospects into long-term customers. You are not afraid to pick up the phone—actually, calling prospects is your first instinct. You thrive on outbound sales activities and enjoy building a pipeline from the ground up. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the French-speaking market
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
  • Proactively approach prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Advise customers on connectivity and telecom solutions
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations
  • Schedule and conduct virtual and face-to-face customer meetings
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar commercial role
  • C2-level or fully fluent French language skills
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. Dutch is considered a plus.
  • A genuine hunter mentality with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable with high volumes of outbound activities and cold acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical affinity and the ability to quickly understand and explain technical products and solutions
  • A self-starter who enjoys working independently while being part of an international team
  • Living within approximately 30 minutes of Oosterhout (excluding traffic)
