While most of your contact will be via email, you're not afraid to pick up the phone when needed. This role is all about order to cash-flow, so your ability to build strong business relations is key. This is a full-time temporary position until December 31st, based in Amersfoort.

What we ask
- At least an MBO-level qualification;
- Fluent in English (native or near-native);
- Experience in customer service or order management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Customer- and service-oriented;
- Works well in a team;
- Accurate and skilled at prioritizing.
