What are you going to do:

You will join our European headquarters in Amsterdam as a strategic leader, making a direct and tangible impact on the retail network of our premium electric vehicle brand.

You steer the partnership team, drive network performance, and advise the executive board. In this senior leadership role, you guide the partnership team and elevate the overall performance of our European franchise dealer network. You dive deep into business intelligence: cooperating closely with Finance, Sales, Aftersales, and IT, you define critical KPIs and spearhead the multi-month development of the central Dealer Performance Dashboard. You analyze complex automotive network datasets, identify key trends, and translate them into clear, data-driven strategic advice for the executive board and our Global HQ in China.

You are an analytical and bilingual leader with executive-level communication skills. We are looking for a decisive leader with a strong track record in automotive OEM network development who communicates fluently on an executive level. With your sharp eye for numbers, Excel is second nature to you, and you easily navigate cross-functional IT and commercial challenges. Because you act as the primary bridge to our global stakeholders, you speak fluent English and Chinese, and you are ready to travel regularly across Europe.

What we ask

  • Minimum hbo level of professional and intellectual ability;
  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive OEM network development or dealer management;
  • Outstanding skills in Excel, data analysis, and preparing management reports;
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken);
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale business events.
