Operations Support Specialist in Amsterdam

Ready to accelerate the shift to fully electric mobility? At our European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will join a premium EV brand as an Operations Support Specialist in Amsterdam. We offer a top-tier salary for your logistical expertise and problem-solving skills.

You seamlessly match customer orders with the right vehicles and manage central stock.

Your day revolves around data analysis and logistics. You keep a close eye on product availability across Europe and coordinate directly with the logistics team. By optimizing truck loads, you save costs and ensure smooth deliveries. You also handle the internal fleet administration and support local markets with specific eCOC documentation.

You have a sharp analytical mind and understand the order-to-delivery process inside out.

We expect 2 to 3+ years of experience in automotive sales operations. You know your way around CRM systems and sales funnel forecasting. You solve complex problems proactively and communicate clearly with stakeholders across different countries.

What we offer

• A high gross monthly salary between € 3,750 and € 5,000.
• An excellent hourly wage between € 21.65 and € 28.85.
