At this Amsterdam auction house, you will enter a world where variety plays a huge role. As a Full-time German Customer Service Representative, one moment you might be helping someone with a small product, and the next you are orchestrating a massive international transport of heavy equipment. You are the go-to support for our customers. Together with your colleagues and logistics partners, you ensure that every process is completed smoothly. In this role, you will be assisting German-speaking customers, making it essential that you speak and write fluent German. In addition to German, you must speak either Dutch or English.

Problems are there for you to solve. Whether it involves a tricky delivery or an administrative puzzle, you excel at communication and always manage to leave a positive impression on the customer. Because our business spans borders, you effortlessly switch between German and Dutch or English. If you happen to speak a word of French as well, that is a definite bonus.

We are looking for a true go-getter who can master new software like Zendesk in no time. You are confident and enjoy working in a high-energy environment where having a good laugh along the way is just as important. Together with more than 200 motivated colleagues, you ensure buyers are carefully advised, helped, and guided. You speak and write fluent German, and in addition, you speak Dutch or English.
