An internship at YoungCapital is more than just being another temporarily student who has to be provided some projects. We think of you the same as all the other collegues. You are part of one big famliy!
You will be introduced into the world of recruitment. This is hectic, fast moving, fun and also rewarding. You are working with lots of different people and every day you are trying to match candidates to their next step in their careers.
Besides making an effort for our team, you will be able to set up your own cases or projects, like required by you university.

At the moment, our international business has a lot of potential clients to grow and extend. In order to service our clients and candidates in the very best way we can, we are always looking for international talent who speak that language. Therefore we are now searching for an English native speaker.

What are the requirements for your application?
Ofcourse you will have to be studying in this and forthcoming year! Besides that, here are a few more things:
- Your current education is at HBO (Dutch) or University level
- Your mothertongue is English (British has a preferation)
- Possesion of good social skills, you are resultdriven and flexibile.
- The duration of your internship fully depends on what you have to do. Please note the period required by school/ university in your application.
And last but not least: you are highly motivated and eager to make this internship a great, fun and succesvol period!
