As a full-time customer service representative in Amsterdam, you are the face of KLM. Over the phone, you answer a wide variety of traveler questions. One moment it's about luggage or a seat reservation, and the next you are assisting a customer with inquiries about cancellations and delays.

A Long-Term Role

The start date for this position is Monday, November 2nd or November 23rd. You will work between 32 and 40 hours per week, making this an excellent full-time opportunity. Operating hours are broad: Monday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To give you a flying start, you will begin with an 8-week paid training program where you will learn all the tricks of the trade.
