Are you crazy about the automotive industry and do you want to help build the future of electric driving? This premium EV brand, backed by one of the world's largest automotive groups, is growing incredibly fast in Europe. To keep their European aftersales and service running smoothly and strictly by the book, we are looking for a sharp Regulatory Compliance & RMI Specialist. It sounds like a mouthful, but it comes down to this: you are the indispensable link between tech, European legislation, and the aftersales department. Do you get energized by a dynamic, international environment? Read on!

What will you do? You are the absolute go-to person when it comes to legislation, aftersales, and tech for the entire European fleet. You switch gears effortlessly between the legal department, procurement, engineers, and regional management teams. No two days are the same! Specifically, you will be tackling these four pillars:

• Setting the European rules of the game (Compliance): You are the first to dive into the latest EU and local aftersales legislation. Whether it's cybersecurity, data protection, or SERMI certification: you ensure the organization is always 100% compliant. You keep a close eye on upcoming laws, ensure all documentation is audit-ready, and team up closely with the Legal department.
• You are the boss of technical info (RMI): You manage and optimize the comprehensive Repair & Maintenance Information portal. This contains absolutely everything mechanics need to know: from repair methods and service instructions to labor times. You ensure this data is flawless and that independent garages and authorized partners get secure, controlled access.
• Batteries & Sustainability: Electric driving is the future, but how do we handle the batteries? You oversee the entire lifecycle of the EV batteries. From traceability and environmental reporting to End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) recycling. Together with certified partners, you set up bulletproof processes for the safe return and recycling of these batteries, ensuring the highest environmental standards are always met.
• Next-level Road Side Assistance (RSA): Is the brand entering a new market? You ensure the roadside assistance is rock-solid from day one. You work closely with external service providers, keep a sharp eye on RSA reports, and tackle bottlenecks immediately. Together with the sales team, you also design smart, extended RSA packages (upselling) to offer customers an even better premium experience.
