Then the function for fulltime Senior Client Service Associate in Amsterdam would be the fit for you!
You act as the central point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders. You build long-term relationships with clients across different international markets and handle complex client cases and operational processes with a sense of ownership. In addition, you collaborate closely with various teams within the organization, support and coach colleagues, and contribute to a high-performance culture. You also continuously deepen your knowledge of financial products, markets, and platforms.

What we ask
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field;
- Native French speaker with excellent communication skills;
- High level of English proficiency;
- Extensive experience in a client-facing role;
- Strong investment and financial markets knowledge. A solid finance background is essential for this role;
- AMF certification (or willingness and ability to obtain it quickly);
- A proactive team player who excels at managing key stakeholder relationships and aligning cross-functional teams.
