What are you going to do:

Our client is a leader in customer care. They offer flexible and professional solutions for their customers in all customer service areas. Teamwork and employee development is one their priorities. Some of the clients they work with are Tommy Hilfiger, Dell and Expedia.

As a customer service employee you are expected to be service oriented, friendly and able to find timely and accurate solutions. It is an inbound customer service duty where you should be able to answer questions about sportswear and products, as well as handle problems and complaints. 

We are in search of employees who are available for 40 hours a week asap. You will start with a training to learn everything about the products and the brand. The working hours are from Monday till Friday in different sfifts starting from 9.00 am until 9.00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm. We are looking for various availability, including weekends and holidays.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
  • Experience in working with clients;
  • Listening skills and customer service oriented;
  • Analytical and decision making skills;
  • Self motivated;
  • Fluently in French and English.
