Are you active, detail-oriented, and happiest when everything is organized? Step into the bustling postal depot of PostNL Zwolle as a mail sorter! In this role, you play a vital part in making sure thousands of letters and cards reach their final destinations on time. You work early in the morning alongside a great team, earning a solid income before most people have even started their workday.
In this role, you act as the crucial link between incoming mail shipments and the delivery team.
Primary responsibility: Sorting, organizing, and preparing daily mail batches accurately by street and house number.
You process incoming mail, sort items by specific postal routes, and stock delivery crates so carriers can hit the road without delay. Your sharp eye and solution-oriented mindset keep the entire depot operation running without a hitch.
Working days and hours
We offer flexible schedule options to match your availability:
- Basic Schedule (15 hours/week): Tuesday through Saturday from 05:30 AM – 08:30 AM
- Extended Schedule: Additional hours and longer shifts available in consultation with PostNL

What we ask
- High school level of education.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have your own transport (bicycle, scooter, or car) to arrive in Zwolle by 05:30 AM.
- Available Tuesday through Saturday between 05:30 AM and 08:30 AM.
- Accurate, positive-minded, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
