As a German Rituals ambassador, you act as the welcoming voice and attentive ear for every customer looking for a moment of relaxation and genuine care.

In this German customer support role, you go far beyond standard assistance; you are a genuine brand ambassador who brings the tranquil Rituals feel to life across phone, email, and chat in German. You carry out conversations regarding product safety, guide customers toward the best choices for their lifestyle, and resolve questions and challenges with ease!

You will be based at an international customer experience hub in Amsterdam, where a drive for quality service and close teamwork take center stage.

You will enter an energetic, global setting focused on delivering outstanding moments for every visitor. The workplace vibe is active and social, packed with fun team events across the year!

You possess a natural gift for languages alongside a genuinely caring attitude!

You bring creative energy, a passion for self-care and wellness, and top-tier communication skills to a collaborative team. You are fully fluent in both German and English.

Practical details: This role commences on November 2nd with a 4-day on-site training program in Amsterdam. Following training, you should have full flexibility to work shifts scheduled between 08:45 and 21:00 on weekdays, and 10:00 to 18:30 on weekends. This is a 32-hour per week position, and we are looking for someone eager to stay with us long-term!

• A competitive salary of € 2,754.21 gross per month (40 hours);
